The Big Christmas Tear Down

Today is the most dreaded of all days for me. I am beginning the process of de-Christmas-ing the house. I had a friend growing up who convinced her mom to leave their Christmas tree up every year until her birthday in February. Even as a kid I thought that was a little weird. Now I can kind of understand. I am posting some pre-take down pictures to document the many hours we've spent.

I love reading about the experiences of the Keeler family and viewing the wonderful photos! Well done!
Regarding your comments on all the work that is required to set up and tear down for Christmas, please know that your efforts not only bring joy to you and your family, but also to all of us who have the pleasure of visiting you during the holidays. Thank you for your efforts. We love you very much!

You always make your house look so beautiful for every holiday. I can only imagine the amount of time and work it takes. Why is the take down 100 times worse than the putting up!

Hey Kristi! I have you on my favorites list now and love checking in periodically to see what you are up to. Looks like you guys had a lot of fun during the holidays! Your house looks beautiful and your kids are so cute! I so commiserate with the whole taking down thing. All my decorations have been taken down but are still on my kitchen table waiting to be put away. I just can't face it yet. :) This is a great way to keep in touch. Thanks for sharing all your great blogs.
Love,
Jenn
